Mozzarella in Carrozza
4C Plain Breadcrumbs
8 slices of bread
4C Plain Bread Crumbs (for extra crispy taste – use 4C Panko Plain Crumbs)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
1 cup milk
Moisten the bread with a small amount of milk.
Place a slice of Mozzarella between two slices of bread.
Coat with flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with 4C Bread Crumbs and fry in hot olive oil. Serve.
