Grilled Corn on the Cob
4C HomeStyle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 teaspoons sea salt
5 sprigs parsley
2/3 cup 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese
7 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1/2 clove garlic, minced
pepper, to taste
4 ears corn, shucked
Mix together the salt, parsley, 1/3 cup 4C Cheese, butter, garlic & pepper.
Heat a gas or charcoal grill to high.
Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred, about 10 min.
Spread the corn with herb butter and top with the remaining cheese.
