Parmesan & Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
4C HomeStyle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 pound brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a baking sheet.
Place brussel sprouts in a single layer, flat side up, on baking sheet.
Drizzle brussel sprouts with olive oil. Add garlic and salt, then top with 4C Cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until brussel sprouts are tender, edges begin to brown, and cheese is melty. Serve immediately.
