Mini Meatball Parmesan Balls
4C Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
4C Parmesan/Romano Cheese
½ cup 4C Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
½ cup 4C Parmesan/Romano Cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb chopped meat
½ cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon oregano
6 basil leaves, chopped
Salt & pepper
16 cubes of mozzarella
2 cups marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 400°
In a large bowl, add egg and lightly beat. Add meat, onion, garlic, oregano, 4C Panko Crumbs, 4C Parmesan/Romano cheese, basil, salt & pepper
Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Take a mozzarella cube and cover with meat mixture, forming into a ball.
Sprinkle the meatballs with 4C Cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes until beef is cooked through.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Heat marinara sauce in small pan.
Serve meatballs with warmed sauce.
